Grate the cloves as fine as you can, 3 or 6 depending on the number of servings you’d want to
have, one or two cups of mayonnaise, and your own selected ingredients. Mix them completely by using mixing blades.
The finer the texture, the better it’ll be. Then, get a scoop of the mixture using a knife or a fork. If the
mixture drops easily you have to mix it more until it holds firmly without falling. Be sure that the garlic and
your other ingredients are mixed well so that they become indistinguishable from each other.

Some would prefer the garlic raw, others would roast it, while others will heat the garlic on charcoals or on
empty cooking dishes, cover and after few minutes take them half-cooked before using them as ingredients. The
belief behind these procedures is that by heating the garlic, you’ll be bringing out its nutritional value
better than when using them raw. Garlic is a highly acclaimed spice and is commonly found as an ingredient in
