There’s so much that you can do with garlic, like garlic spread. Any dish you can think of
will no doubt benefit from it. Raw or cooked, garlic will continue to be one of the best spices that every cook

your favorite recipes and savor the taste of your dish.
Garlic has many positive attributes both in culinary and medical aspect. There’s no question
about its nutritive property but many don’t know about its medicinal properties. It’s a health food all the way.
It’s good in bringing down bad cholesterol. It has a very high antioxidant property. It removes toxins and wastes
thoroughly from our bodies.
During the plague era, garlic was employed to treat the menace. It was considered a miracle
drug then. Today, it has a more down to earth application. Aside from its antioxidant property and cholesterol
reducing effect, it has a natural antibiotic property and is good for treating common colds, fever and flu. Garlic
food supplement preparations come in tablet, pill, and capsule form.
Garlic is safe, but it has minor side-effects when over used. The adverse effects are usually limited
to skin irritation and stomach upsets.
Eating garlic spread however has never been known to cause
any of the side effects mentioned above. It’s nutritious and an ideal substitute for usual spreads that we usually
